The project
This is among the most comprehensively specified schemes we have delivered. Nine large four and five bedroom homes on a private estate, each equipped with a full renewable energy stack: 7kW in-roof solar PV, 12kW battery storage, 22kW Zappi EV charger, air source heat pump, and mechanical ventilation with heat recovery. Every system interconnected and designed to work as a whole.
What we delivered
Full renewable energy system design and installation across all nine plots. The 22kW Zappi EV charger specification is particularly notable — it allows each property to charge from solar generation, from the battery, or from the grid on a time-of-use tariff, giving residents complete flexibility over how and when they charge. Combined with a 12kW battery, each home is capable of covering the majority of its energy needs from generation alone.
Why it worked
A scheme like this requires a team that can design and deliver across multiple renewable technologies simultaneously, not just solar.
